Abdulaziz Al'Ishaq

Abdulaziz Al-Ishaq is a senior media and public affairs executive with extensive experience in strategic communication, government advisory roles, and media leadership across Qatar’s public and private sectors. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), bringing a strong background in policy communication, national development strategies, and institutional media planning.
 

He holds a PhD in Digital Media from the University of the West of Scotland, a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the University of Portsmouth (UK), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Media from Qatar University.
 

Throughout his career, Mr. Al-Ishaq has served as a Media Advisor to several national initiatives and institutions, including Qatar National Vision, the Third National Development Strategy, the Government Communications Office, and His Excellency the Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs. He has also advised boards and executive leadership across multiple organizations on public relations, media strategy, and institutional positioning.
 

His leadership roles include Executive Director of the Protection and Social Rehabilitation Center (AMAN), Director General of the Anti-Smoking Society, and CEO at the Ministry of Social Development and Family. He has held senior positions in awareness, public relations, and media departments at organizations such as Al-Owain Center, Doha Centre for Media Freedom, and AMAN.
 

In addition to his executive and advisory work, Mr. Al-Ishaq has a strong media production background. He has worked as a Senior Producer and Presenter at Qatar Foundation, hosting the program “Lakum Al-Qarar”, and has served as Media Projects Director at Dar Al Sharq and Dar Al Arab. He is also a co-founder of Sout Al Khaleej Radio, contributing to the development of regional media platforms.
 

His expertise spans media strategy, government communications, public relations, digital media, awareness campaigns, and executive leadership, making him a prominent figure in Qatar’s media and institutional communication landscape.
